Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Quick Buk website, mobile app and transport service. Please read them before booking. By creating an account, reserving a seat, or otherwise using Quick Buk, you agree to them.

Template notice — review before publishing

These terms were drafted to match how Quick Buk actually operates, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not legal advice. Have a qualified legal advisor review them against Pakistani contract, consumer and transport law before you publish, and complete every item marked [to be confirmed] — notably your registered entity, notice periods, refund windows and the city whose courts have jurisdiction.

Accepting these terms

By using Quick Buk you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. If you are booking on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organization.

What Quick Buk provides

Quick Buk is a van-based commuting service. It is a monthly pick & drop subscription on pre-planned, fixed routes — not an on-demand, per-trip ride-hailing service. When you subscribe, you reserve a seat on a specific route at a specific scheduled time for the duration of your plan.

We currently operate in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt. Route availability varies and we may add or withdraw routes as demand changes.

Eligibility and your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Your seat is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our agreement.
  • Riders below the age of majority must be registered by a parent, guardian or their educational institution.

Bookings and seat reservation

  • Select your route and pickup point in the app; your seat is reserved once your booking is confirmed.
  • A confirmed seat is held for you on every scheduled ride within your plan period.
  • Please be at your pickup point at the scheduled time. Drivers operate to a fixed schedule and cannot wait indefinitely without affecting every other rider on the route.
  • Repeatedly missed pickups may result in your seat being reallocated — see Suspension and termination.

Payment and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly, in advance, for the plan period you select.
  • You can pay in cash, by online transfer, or by credit card.
  • Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and may change; we will give you notice of any change before it applies to your plan.
  • If payment fails or is not received, we may suspend your seat until the balance is settled.

Promo codes and packages

Promo codes are subject to their own terms and expiry dates. Once a package is in use, other promo codes cannot be applied to it. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel your plan for the next billing period by giving us notice of [to be confirmed] days.
  • Refunds for a period already paid are assessed case by case; where a service was not delivered because of us, we will refund or credit the affected days.
  • Where a booking involves a third party (for example an airline or hotel as part of a travel package), that third party's cancellation and refund policy applies.
  • Refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible.

Schedules, delays and changes

Punctuality is central to what we sell and we plan our routes to protect it. However, journeys can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, protests, vehicle breakdowns and other events outside our reasonable control. Where a ride is delayed or cannot run, we will tell you as early as we can and, where practical, arrange an alternative.

We may adjust routes, stops, timings or vehicles to operate the service efficiently, and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your journey.

Rider conduct

To keep every ride safe and comfortable, riders must not:

  • Behave abusively or unsafely towards drivers or other riders.
  • Smoke, consume alcohol or use prohibited substances in the vehicle.
  • Damage or deface the vehicle or its equipment.
  • Carry hazardous, illegal or prohibited items.
  • Use Quick Buk for anything other than lawful travel.

You may be asked to leave a vehicle, and your account may be suspended, if you breach these rules. You are responsible for the cost of any damage you cause.

Drivers and fleet partners

Drivers and fleet owners who apply to operate on Quick Buk routes must hold valid licences, registration, fitness certification and insurance for their vehicle, and must keep these current. We may request documentation at onboarding and periodically thereafter, and may decline or end a partnership where requirements are not met. Additional partner terms apply and will be provided during onboarding.

Organization accounts

Where an employer, institution or event organiser arranges transport for its people, the organization is responsible for payment of the agreed invoice and for the accuracy of the rider list it provides. Organizations may receive usage and attendance information relating to the transport they fund, as described in our Privacy Policy. Bespoke commercial terms may be agreed separately and, where they conflict with these terms, those signed terms take precedence.

Lost property

Please take your belongings with you. If you leave something behind, contact us through the app as soon as possible and we will try to recover it. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in a vehicle, and unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Quick Buk is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or errors of third parties, including airlines, hotels and payment processors involved in a booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed appointments, lost earnings or missed connections.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access where you breach these terms, where payment is outstanding, where conduct puts others at risk, or where we are required to by law. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not automatically refund a period already paid, which is handled under Cancellation and refunds.

Intellectual property

The Quick Buk name, logo, app, website and their content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service, and not to copy, resell or misrepresent Quick Buk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [to be confirmed — city]. We would always rather resolve a problem directly first, so please contact us before taking any formal step.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for changes that materially affect you, give notice through the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Quick Buk after that means you accept the updated terms.
