Do I book a car on a daily basis?
No. Quick Buk is a monthly pick & drop service for users who want regular, scheduled rides on a fixed route — not a per-trip booking like ride-hailing.
Can I pay by card?
You can pay in cash or via online transfer. Payment by credit card is also available.
How do I become a driver?
Go to the “Become a driver” section, upload your details, and our team will contact you directly.
Can I use a promo code with my package?
Once a package is being used, other promo codes cannot be applied with it.
What should I do if I had a conflict with a driver?
In the app, go to More → Help and leave a message in our support inbox with your ride details. Our team will follow up with you.
Can you set up a route for our office or campus?
Yes — that’s our Employee Shuttle and Corporate Travel service. Tell us your locations, shift timings and rough headcount through the contact form and our team will plan a route and put together a monthly proposal for you.
I own vans — can I put them on Quick Buk routes?
We work with individual drivers and fleet owners. Get in touch through the contact form selecting “A driver or fleet owner”, and our team will walk you through onboarding and route allocation.
